Mike is the President of the firm with 35 years of public accounting experience. Mike is licensed by the State of North Carolina, License #9976. The firm is located in Charlotte, North Carolina. Mike also has seven years experience teaching accounting and business classes at local community colleges.
Mike earned Dean’s List while obtaining a B.S. in accounting from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Mike holds a Certified Public Accountant certification. He is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and North Carolina Association of Certified Public Accountants. He is past president of the Charlotte Eastern Lions Club.
Mike specializes in corporate and individual income tax planning. His experience includes a wide variety of business types. He has provided many other services to both for-profit and not-for-profit businesses and organizations, including, writeup, compilations, reviews, audits and tax preparation.
Mike enjoys spending his spare time with his wife, Wanda, and their three sons, Charlie, Patrick and John.
Patrick Adkisson
Staff Accountant
Patrick is Mike's middle son. He has been working part-time at the firm since December 2005 and has been full-time since graduating in December of 2008 from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte with a BS in Accounting. He plans to take the CPA exam in 2011.
